Sunworks and Auric Solar Partner to Better Serve California’s Central Valley

Partnership combines strengths of Sunworks’ fulfillment operations with Auric’s sales team

/EIN News/ -- ROSEVILLE, Calif., Jan. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sunworks, Inc. (Nasdaq:SUNW), a premier provider of high performance solar power solutions for agriculture, commercial, industrial (ACI), public works and residential markets, today announced a partnership with Auric Solar, a full-service provider of residential and commercial solar power, with offices in Colorado, Idaho, Oregon and Utah.

The new partnership combines Auric’s established and seasoned sales force with Sunworks’ robust, full-service fulfillment and installation operations to create an end-to-end delivery process that begins with sales origination and ends with turnkey solar installations. Under the terms of the agreement, Sunworks will provide project fulfillment to accounts sold by Auric’s well-respected sales organization.

“This partnership with Auric enables us to extend sales execution to the central valley of California, an underserved market with significant growth opportunities by leveraging the strengths of each of our organizations,” said Chuck Cargile, Sunworks’ chief executive officer. “With Sunworks’ unequalled track record of quality installations and our shared vision to provide exceptional customer service every step of the way, we are creating a united and consistent sales and delivery approach that will benefit our customers and extend the opportunities for each of our companies.”

Cargile added that “the partnership in the central valley is only the beginning of our relationship. We anticipate expanding this venture to target additional markets in California.”

Auric Solar CEO Jess Phillips said the partnership was a natural fit because the two companies share a commitment to outstanding customer service.

“We are continuing to grow and thrive throughout the west,” Auric Solar CEO Jess Phillips said. “Partnering with a recognized leader like Sunworks will help us continue stabilized and responsible growth. We look forward to this new partnership as we share the same core values that focus on a quality customer experience.”
